Review privacy records, activity, exports, and roster data

Open Settings > Privacy. The page deliberately separates permission to access data, the actions taken with it, and permanent deletion.

Privacy separates authorization, activity history, and deletion. Revoking consent stops future roster syncs; removing already imported data is a separate permanent action. Select the image to enlarge it.

The consent table identifies what was granted, when it was granted, its status, and any expiry. School authorization is school-year scoped and must be renewed when it expires.

Revoke All Consents prevents future roster syncs and related provider access. It does not delete information already imported. Use the deletion section for that separate action.

The table shows recent actions tied to your connected data; it is not a list of other people who viewed your account. Export Audit Log downloads the loaded rows as JSON. Select the image to enlarge it.

The table shows the latest 50 roster and provider actions loaded for your account: timestamp, action, provider, plain-language detail, and affected-student count. It is not a list of other people who viewed your data.

Export Audit Log downloads those loaded rows as JSON.

Delete removes an imported roster's associated classroom and enrollments after confirmation. Export All Privacy Data downloads the consent, activity, and roster records currently available on this page. Select the image to enlarge it.

Use Delete beside one imported roster or Delete All Imported Rosters for every listed import. After confirmation, deletion permanently removes the imported student records and the class and enrollments that import created. This cannot be undone.

Export All Privacy Data downloads the consent, activity, and roster records available from this page as JSON. Export first when you need a record before deletion.
