Manage Google Classroom and AI connections
Open your account menu, select Settings, and open Integrations. The tab separates classroom-and-roster providers from AI tools while keeping each connection’s state visible.
Review classroom and roster connections
Section titled “Review classroom and roster connections”A connected Google Classroom card shows the Google account, how many classes currently sync through it, and the disconnect action. Disconnecting stops future provider access; it does not erase the class history already imported into Rectangle. Microsoft Teams for Education remains marked Coming soon until its connection is available.
Use the class roster’s provider details when you need to reconnect or run a roster sync.
Review AI connections and permissions
Section titled “Review AI connections and permissions”Each active AI connection names the client and its granted scopes. A Read-only connection can inspect Authoring data but cannot change a draft. A connection with authoring:write can make allowed draft changes, while Rectangle still blocks teacher-only actions such as publishing, assigning, or permanent deletion.
Recent activity keeps successful, forbidden, conflicting, and failed calls visible. Disconnect a client when it should no longer access Rectangle; work it already created or updated remains in your Library.
Inspect a specific AI action
Section titled “Inspect a specific AI action”Select an activity row to see the client, tool, plain-language outcome, result, latency, and one-way argument hash. Rectangle does not store the original prompt or tool arguments in this audit detail.
