Organize multiple Library projects at once

Select multiple cards when the same Collection change should apply to a group.

Select one or more card checkboxes to open the floating bulk-action bar. From a Collection, you can add the group elsewhere or remove it only from the Collection currently open. Select the image to enlarge it.

Build the temporary selection

Choose the checkbox on each project or draft. The cyan card ring confirms selection, and the floating bar reports the current count without moving the project grid.

Choose Clear to end the selection without changing Collection membership.

Add the group to a Collection

Choose Add to collection from the bulk bar, then pick the destination. Manage exposes the complete collection list, so keyboard users can reach every Collection without dragging. Select the image to enlarge it.

1. Choose Add to collection from the floating bar.
2. Choose any destination from the complete Collection list.

The group gains that Collection membership. Existing memberships remain intact.

Remove the group from the current Collection

When one Collection is open, choose Remove from “Collection name” to remove every selected item from that Collection. The projects and drafts remain in Library and in any other Collections.

Rectangle processes each selected item independently. If one removal fails, it continues the rest and reports the items that need another try instead of silently abandoning the whole group.
