Review a completed assignment

A Completed assignment keeps the finished run within reach. Use it to finish closeout work, read final grades and demonstrated standards, inspect what the class built, reflect, print, or reuse the project.

Completed is a warm project record, not a dead shelf item. Its run summary, evidence, grades, reflection, print, and reuse tools stay together until you choose to archive it. Select the image to enlarge it.

The top of the page identifies the Completed state and summarizes the investigations, milestones, versions, and students that made up the run. Use Archive project only when the assignment should become read-only.

If draft grades remain, follow the review-and-publish doorway before treating the completed summary as final.

The completed summary separates standards demonstrated from final grades: mastery summarizes published evidence, while Final is the weighted grade used by exports. Select the image to enlarge it.

Standards demonstrated summarizes published mastery evidence across the displayed levels. Use View in Assess when you need the broader cross-project standards view.

Final grades shows the weighted grade used for export. Expand a team when you need to inspect member rows and any individual adjustment. A mastery distribution and a final grade answer different questions; the completed summary keeps them separate.

The portfolio is the proof of what teams built. Reflect privately on the run, then reuse the source through Remix or create a printable copy. Select the image to enlarge it.

Use The work to see the portfolio of what teams or students built. From the same page you can:

  • open the private teacher reflection;
  • select Remix this project to create a reusable new project;
  • select Print the record for a Teacher or Student document.

Remix starts a new project path. It does not rewrite this assignment or its source history.

After archive, the assignment becomes read-only.

Archived is the read-only form of a completed assignment. Its sections stay readable and print or remix remain available, while changes require Unarchive. Select the image to enlarge it.

Its summary, standards, portfolio, gradebook, and retrospective remain readable, and Print or Remix remains available. Select Unarchive before changing the completed assignment again.
