Move projects between Collections

Manage collections supports both direct dragging and a precise menu path.

Choose Manage all or open a Collection from Library. The left island holds the complete alphabetized collection list; the right work area shows All projects or the selected Collection. Select the image to enlarge it.
  1. Open Library -> Manage all.
  2. Choose All projects or the Collection containing the item.
  3. Drag the project card onto the destination Collection in the left island.
  4. Release when the destination becomes the active drop target.

Dragging adds the destination membership. It does not automatically remove other memberships, so the project can remain in its source Collection and appear in several Collections.

Select one or more card checkboxes to open the floating bulk-action bar. From a Collection, you can add the group elsewhere or remove it only from the Collection currently open. Select the image to enlarge it.

Select the checkboxes for the projects you want to move together, then drag any selected card to a destination. Rectangle carries the selected group as one organizing gesture.

For a precise or keyboard-driven move, open the card menu instead of dragging. Checked destinations already contain the item; choosing one toggles only that Collection membership. Select the image to enlarge it.

Open Project actions -> Add to collection for the same destination list without dragging. A checked Collection already contains the item; choosing it removes only that membership. This path is useful for keyboard navigation and whenever a precise list is easier than pointer movement.

Dropping a card on New collection opens the create form; completing it creates the Collection and adds the dragged item.
