Create or import the class

Make the smallest useful class record now, or use the faster import path when the roster already exists in Google Classroom.

For a manual class, enter a recognizable class name. Subject, grade level, and period are useful context, but they can wait when you only need the class container.

Create the class, then open its row from the Classes list. If you import instead, choose the Google Classroom class and let Rectangle create or update its connected roster.

The successful destination is the same idea either way: one Rectangle class with a roster home.
