Find and filter your Library
Start by choosing the Library view that matches what you remember about the project.
Choose a project-type tab
Section titled “Choose a project-type tab”Use Saved when you remember bookmarking another teacher’s project, Drafts for active Authoring work, Remixed for adaptations, or By you for projects you created. Choose All when the state is uncertain.
Each tab keeps the same search, subject, Class use, and sort controls. Subject color and authorship provide additional visual landmarks while you scan.
Search what you already know
Section titled “Search what you already know”Enter part of a project title or driving question in Search your library. Library uses straightforward personal recall search; it does not rank the wider public catalog the way Find does.
Sort the result by Recently saved, Newest, By name, or Shortest duration. Sorting changes order, not membership.
Narrow by subject
Section titled “Narrow by subject”Open All subjects and select one or more areas. The filter applies inside the active project-type tab. Clear the chosen subjects to return to the full tab.
Narrow by classroom history
Section titled “Narrow by classroom history”Turn on Class use, then choose:
- Used in a class for any project with classroom history;
- In use now for current assignments;
- Completed for finished classroom use; or
- Not yet used for projects you have not assigned.
Turn Class use off to return to the ownership-based Library view.
If a search or subject choice finds nothing, Rectangle identifies that cause and offers a way to clear it. An empty tab or Class use lens offers Show all projects; a load failure shows an error notice instead of claiming your Library is empty.
