Create a Library Collection

Create a Collection when a named grouping will make the next planning return easier.

Choose New collection at the end of the Collections rail. The tile remains available even when the Library has no Collections yet.

Choose New collection from the Library rail. Give the Collection a useful name, optional planning note, and a visual color; the preview shows how it will appear before creation. Select the image to enlarge it.
  1. Enter a clear Name.
  2. Add an optional Description for timing, purpose, or another planning note.
  3. Choose a solid or gradient Color.
  4. Check the live Preview.
  5. Choose Create collection.

The new Collection begins empty and appears with your other recent Collections.

Choose Add to collection, then select any Collection. A check means the project is already there; selecting that checked row removes only that membership. Select the image to enlarge it.

Open a card’s Project actions -> Add to collection menu and choose Create new collection when the need becomes clear while organizing. After creation, Rectangle adds that project or draft to the new Collection.

Collection membership is not exclusive. A project may belong to several Collections without creating copies.
