Find your way around Settings
Open your account menu at the lower left of Rectangle, then select Settings. The full Settings hub keeps account-level choices together while leaving class, Library, and Authoring work in their own dedicated areas. Choose Support from the same menu whenever you need Rectangle help; it opens in a new tab so the work already open in Rectangle stays in place.
Choose the tab that matches your task
Section titled “Choose the tab that matches your task”- Account shows the email and method used to sign in. Password-backed accounts can change their password here, and teachers can start permanent account deletion.

Know which choices affect future work
Section titled “Know which choices affect future work”Teaching choices are starting points. A change to assignment or classroom defaults does not rewrite work you already created. Time-zone and weekend-delivery choices shape scheduling, while the standards profile shapes where Rectangle begins when you search for standards.
Keep privacy actions separate
Section titled “Keep privacy actions separate”Revoking consent prevents future roster syncs. It does not remove data imported earlier. Use the separate deletion controls when you need to remove an imported roster, and review the confirmation before continuing.
Adjust this browser
Section titled “Adjust this browser”Appearance changes take effect immediately and stay in this browser. They do not follow your account to another browser or device.
Manage reusable feedback
Section titled “Manage reusable feedback”My content is the management home for saved comments. Use Library > Drafts for active Authoring work and its discarded-draft recovery path.
