Navigate and manage all Collections
Choose Manage all from Library when the organizing job is larger than one card or one recent Collection.
Orient to the two working areas
Section titled “Orient to the two working areas”The left Collection island lists All projects, every personal Collection in title order, and New collection. The selected row has a cyan outline. The island stays available while the page scrolls, and a long collection list can scroll inside it.
The right work area shows either all Library projects or the members of the selected Collection. Its toolbar can:
- recall-search titles and driving questions inside the current view;
- filter by one or more subjects;
- filter by All projects, Saved, By you, Remixed, or Drafts; and
- sort by recently saved, newest, or name.
During search, the count reports how many results match out of the current view’s full total. Search does not yet display match counts across every Collection at once.
Read Collection context
Section titled “Read Collection context”The Collection heading shows its description and item count, with Edit and Delete beside it. Cards display their current Collection memberships as pills. Select a card title to open the project or resume its draft.
An empty Collection is a valid planning state. Choose Show all projects to organize work you already have, or Browse Find to discover and save something new. Search and filter no-results states use different guidance, so clearing a filter does not look like filling an empty Collection.
