Preview and print the teacher or student project view

Reading View assembles the current draft into a document you can proof from the teacher’s or student’s perspective.

Use Teacher view to proof the complete plan and its standards and rubric. Print always uses the audience view currently selected. Select the image to enlarge it.

Select Reading View, then Teacher. This version brings together the project overview, student brief, authentic product and audience, standards, milestones, deliverables, and rubric.

Use it to find contradictions that are easy to miss while editing one tab at a time: a duration that no longer matches the arc, a standard attached to the wrong stage, or a rubric criterion unsupported by any deliverable.

Switch to Student to proof the document learners will read. This is a student-facing reframe, not merely the teacher document with a few fields hidden. Select the image to enlarge it.

Select Student to see a genuine learner-facing reframe. It emphasizes Your project, Project Brief, what students will make, who the audience is, what they will learn, and their milestone sequence. It is not simply Teacher view with a few administrative fields hidden.

Read this version for clarity, agency, and unnecessary teacher language. Return to the relevant Authoring tab to revise the source fields.

Choose Print after selecting Teacher or Student. Rectangle prints the audience view currently active, so verify the toggle before opening the system print dialog.

Reading View reflects the saved draft. If a recent change is missing, wait for the saved state and refresh before printing.
